Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-custom) frames can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Custom or personalized plates, including Build your own plates and plates with your own title or artwork, are made just for you and are final sale. The only exceptions are manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, email hello@slabrama.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll repair, replace or refund it.

Email hello@slabrama.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.
